Your new day-to-day: Your responsibilities will include crafting efficient rosters within budget constraints, supporting the team through inquiries and absences, and analysing data to optimize staffing operations. You'll also play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, ensuring our team members are equipped to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests. This position will support our operations team and be the key contact for the amazing team that work at SkyPoint. The Venue Staffing and Scheduler is responsible for facilitating efficient staffing levels throughout the business which is achieved through: Developing rosters within budget and compliance with our Enterprise Agreement; Support team through enquiries and managing absences; Monitor daily staffing operations and labour costs adjusting accordingly; Generate staffing reports and analyse data for trends and patterns; Forward plan to ensure an appropriate pool of team members to fulfil business requirements; Support operations in the effective recruitment and onboarding of new team members; Oversee team training and ensure training compliance and qualifications are up to date; Maintain accurate records including absenteeism and personnel information.
