We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our Recruitment Department. This full-time position supports the onboarding, recruiting, marketing, and orientation functions of our Big Stone Staffing travel division — ensuring a seamless experience for our clinicians and clients alike. Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: Ortonville, MN Position Type: Full-time, benefited (1.0 FTE) Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible schedule options including Work from Home days About the Role: The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the success of Big Stone Staffing by managing critical functions across four primary areas: Recruiting – Assisting with candidate sourcing, job postings, and follow-ups Onboarding – Coordinating background checks, licensure verification, and documentation Orientation – Scheduling and tracking new hire trainings and required MedBridge assignments Marketing – Supporting social media, newsletters, and event planning for outreach and engagement This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Requirements Education & Experience Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
