Colfax Health and Rehab is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator who also works on the floor as a CNA. This full-time hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents—both behind the scenes and at the bedside. What You’ll Do: Coordinate Staffing Build and manage nursing schedules to ensure our residents receive top-notch care Handle call-ins, and staffing adjustments Collaborate with nursing leadership to solve staffing challenges and improve service delivery Provide Direct Care Work alongside your fellow CNAs on the floor, delivering hands-on care and support Be a familiar, trusted face to residents while helping maintain staffing excellence What We’re Looking For: A certified CNA ready to work on the floor Strong organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy and detail-oriented A team player who’s passionate about resident care Why Join Us?
