What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Staffing Coordinator on a permanent basis within our international vehicle payments line of business, this position is located in either our Meriden or Swindon office. This is a fantastic opportunity as it’s a newly created role within the business, where you will be responsible for managing workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding and assisting with recruitment efforts to ensure the IT team is fully equipped to meet business objectives. This role includes aiding the execution of a People Plan, fostering a culture of engagement and development within Technology. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving people-focused initiatives.
