We are currently seeking an outgoing Staffing Coordinator to join our team based out of our office in St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

• Manage full recruitment cycle from candidate generation to employee placements;
• Update and maintain employee and candidate database;
• Establish and post job advertisements on job search websites;
• Assist the recruitment team in identifying and recruiting top candidates;
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates;
• Perform reference and background checks for potential employees as required;
• Extend employment offers to candidates;
• Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients;
• Provide fast, high quality service to candidates and business partners;
• Provide after hours support to fulfill client staffing needs;
• Assist with weekly payroll submission as required.
