Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, Business, or related field. (preferred) Minimum of 2 years in payroll, compliance, or long-term care operations (required) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and XML file formatting strong attention to detail. A general understanding of PPD for the SNF industry is ideal Familiarity with CMS PBJ requirements and related reporting systems Experience working with payroll and time keeping systems (e.g. Paylocity, Paycom, etc) (preferred)
