Description

INSIGHT MARKETING – STAFFING EXECUTIVE

Love working with people and making things happen? At Insight Marketing, we believe that great brand experiences are powered by the exceptional people who bring them to life on the ground — at festivals, pubs, streets, events, and beyond.
We’re looking for an organised, people-savvy and energetic Staffing Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our experiential campaigns run smoothly by staffing them with the best talent – from charismatic Brand Ambassadors to reliable Van Drivers – and keeping all communications running seamlessly between talent and our internal teams.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Staffing Executive, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment, scheduling, and day-to-day communication with the staff working on our campaigns. You’ll act as the key link between our Brand Ambassadors, Van Drivers, and Client Service teams, ensuring everything from arrival times to uniform and campaign briefings is clear and under control.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a natural communicator, love organising logistics, and enjoy seeing a team come together to deliver standout brand experiences in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staff Campaigns: Source, select, and schedule promotional staff and drivers for all experiential and activation campaigns.
  • Manage Logistics: Organise staffing plans, call times, locations, transport logistics, and campaign briefs.
  • Communication Hub: Maintain daily contact with Brand Ambassadors and Van Drivers, ensuring clarity on expectations, timings, and performance.
  • Support Client Service: Work closely with the Client Service team to understand campaign needs and provide regular updates on staffing progress and any issues.
  • Onboarding & Inductions: Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and briefing processes for new staff joining the agency.
  • Staff Welfare & Performance: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and resolve on-site issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Admin Tasks: Handle staff paperwork including contracts, payroll info, and compliance documents.
  • Maintain Talent Pool: Keep our staff database up-to-date and help nurture a reliable pool of go-to event staff.
  • Assist in Recruitment: Occasionally support in sourcing new talent and attending job fairs or recruitment events.
