KT Black Services, a staffing and recruiting industry leader, is seeking a motivated Account Manager for our Ohio office heavily focused in Skilled Trades/Construction.

QUALIFIED ACCOUNT MANAGER CANDIDATES WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

· Background/Knowledge in industrial and commercial construction, but other industry experience will be considered.
· Sales Experience is preferred.
· Strong rapport building
· Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication
· Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
· A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Outside Sales (construction sites and offices)
· Establishing and maintain new client relationships, including the preparation and negotiation of contractual agreements.
· Inform appropriate staff of new customer relationships and respective staffing needs. Oversee and assist Recruiters in determining available job assignments, recruitment and applicant screening processes per client requests and bio distribution.
· Direct and coordinate accurate CRM entry of client data.
· Maintain communication with job sites to evaluate staffing needs and assess continued client satisfaction.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide information to the Executive Team regularly to assist with preparation of budgets, forecasting and financial statements.
· Assist Recruiters in field employee interaction if needed
· Communicate correct payroll procedures to all field employees through the Recruiters
· Assist Office Support staff as needed with documentation for the administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation insurance claims
