Role Summary The Staffing Manager supports the staffing and operational readiness of Noon’s school staff, ensuring schools are consistently staffed with strong teams that enable student engagement and success. This role is responsible for the continuous workforce planning, staffing deployment, onboarding, staff readiness, and continuous staff support for school staff, including supervisors, school leads, and school managers. The Staffing Manager plays a key role in ensuring school staff have the right structure, support, and operational environment to create strong student experiences. You will work cross-functionally with all teams to align staffing operations with student needs. Staffing Planning & Deployment ● Support workforce planning and staffing allocation across schools and programs ● Manage deployment of supervisors, school leads, and school managers to ensure schools are consistently staffed to support strong student outcomes ● Forecast staffing needs based on school demand, student volumes, and expansion plans ● Optimize staffing allocation and scheduling to reduce operational gaps and last-minute escalations ● Partner with School Operations and relevant teams to align staffing plans with operational requirements Staffing Readiness & Development ● Support hiring and onboarding to ensure schools are staffed and operationally ready ● Ensure school staff are equipped with the tools, systems access, operational knowledge, and role clarity needed to succeed ● Identify recurring staff challenges and support improvement initiatives that strengthen staff effectiveness and student experience Why work at Noon?
