REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education or a combination of related education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on managing and fulfilling requirements through Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing VMS client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of VMS platforms and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and follow through on objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting resources, including job site aggregators, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job distribution tools.
  • Strong electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills, with a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate development.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and delivering value.
  • Must be flexible with work hours to accommodate client requirements and servicing needs as required.
