Roles: Technical, Executive, Healthcare, Professional, Agency, Freelance Recruiters Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client roles. Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and track candidate progress. Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices to continually improve our hiring strategies. Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in staffing or recruitment agency environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, with a focus on technology-driven solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate information.
