Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional events, and community outreach. Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Client & Hiring Manager Liaison: Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, and staffing needs. Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience. Process Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensure legal compliance, and prepare reports on recruitment progress. Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs. Requirements Previous Recruiting experience required Organizational Skills: To effectively manage multiple recruitment processes and maintain detailed records. Interpersonal Skills: To build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and hiring managers. Communication Skills: For writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and preparing reports. Strategic Thinking: To develop effective recruitment strategies for different roles and industries.
