QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong sense of urgency and enjoy working independently
• Meet with clients on an as needed basis, but feel free to build on existing customer base
• Excels at understanding & performing to expectations

• Working a blended temporary and permanent staffing desk filling our wide variety of interesting roles
• Proactively attract candidates via postings and social media, pre-screening and interviewing your top candidates that match our clients needs within a predetermined time frame, facilitate the interview and hiring process with decision maker. Building a pipeline of excellent candidates for future roles and attending job fairs/community events
• Strong understanding of our clients staffing and recruitment needs, obtaining a detailed job description, explaining costs and contracts, some business development is required
• Networking to obtain prospective client opportunity
