POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated, community-driven Recruiter to join our staffing team in Nashville, TN. This position plays a key role in connecting quality talent with employers in the light industrial and warehousing sectors. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has local market knowledge, and maintains strong ties to the community.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting
  • Experience recruiting in light industrial, warehouse, or logistics sectors
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Deep knowledge of Nashville, TN communities and labor market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with ATS, scheduling, and candidate tracking tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with underserved or immigrant communities
  • Familiarity with E-Verify, I-9s, and workplace safety practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
