Context:
As Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, shortlisting suitable candidates for technical and engineering roles.
The mission is to support our recruitment process for various engineering and administrative disciplines, ensuring the best talent is hired to support business needs.

Missions/Main Duties:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates for engineering, technical and administration roles.
• Conduct initial resume screening, assess candidate qualifications and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update candidate database and talent pool for future hiring needs
• Facilitate pre-on boarding and assist HR in ensuring seamless transition for new hires
• Company branding

Profile/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role, within technical and engineering domains.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discern sensitive issues.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environment.
