Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une opportunité de stage intitulée : "Stagiaire Diagnostic de Modèle Opérationnel Amélioré par l'IA (f/h)" vient d'ouvrir chez Airbus, située chez AIRBUS Commercial à Toulouse (FRANCE). Vous rejoindrez les équipes Digitales, responsables de l'avancement de la transformation numérique et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. Votre stage consistera à exploiter les capacités de l'IA pour diagnostiquer la maturité actuelle de notre modèle opérationnel numérique et proposer des améliorations stratégiques. Idéalement, il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois et il devrait débuter en mars 2026 (date sujette à flexibilité). Vos principales missions consisteront à : Diagnostiquer le modèle opérationnel : Utiliser des méthodes assistées par l'IA pour analyser les données opérationnelles d'un ensemble limité de produits numériques et identifier les inefficacités et les goulots d'étranglement clés des processus. Prototyper des solutions : Développer un prototype ou un démonstrateur pour montrer comment un processus nouveau ou amélioré, éclairé par l'analyse de l'IA, peut améliorer l'agilité et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Formuler des recommandations : Proposer un ensemble de recommandations basées sur les données pour améliorer le modèle opérationnel de la fonction numérique, en se concentrant sur l'intégration stratégique de l'IA comme outil de diagnostic et d'amélioration. Votre tuteur vous accompagnera pour identifier vos objectifs professionnels et développer vos compétences. Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : Interaction avec l'IA : Acquérir une expérience pratique de l'utilisation d'outils d'IA de pointe comme Google Gemini pour l'analyse de données complexes et la génération d'insights. Expertise en plateforme de données : Maîtriser l'utilisation de Palantir Skywise pour gérer, analyser et visualiser des données opérationnelles à grande échelle. Analyse stratégique et commerciale : Développer la capacité à traduire les résultats techniques de l'IA et de l'analyse des données en recommandations commerciales stratégiques. Votre carte d'embarquement : Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (ou équivalent) dans un domaine comme la Science des Données, l'Informatique avec une spécialisation en Transformation Digitale, ou un domaine similaire. Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : Compétences techniques : Familiarité avec les concepts et outils d'analyse de données. Compréhension des fondamentaux de l'IA et de l'ingénierie des prompts. Connaissance des processus commerciaux dans un environnement numérique ou axé sur la technologie. Compétences non techniques : Proactif et autonome avec un fort sens de l'initiative. Curieux et désireux d'explorer les nouvelles technologies. Excellentes compétences analytiques et esprit de résolution de problèmes. You will join the Digital teams, responsible for advancing digital transformation and ensuring operational efficiency. Your internship will consist of leveraging the capabilities of AI to diagnose the current maturity of our digital operating model and propose strategic improvements. Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in March 2026 (date subject to flexibility). Your Main Missions Will Consist of: Diagnosing the Operating Model: Use AI-assisted methods to analyze operational data from a limited set of digital products and identify key process inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Prototyping Solutions: Develop a prototype or demonstrator to showcase how a new or improved process, informed by AI analysis, can enhance agility and operational efficiency. Formulating Recommendations: Propose a set of data-driven recommendations to improve the digital function’s operating model, focusing on the strategic integration of AI as a diagnostic and enhancement tool. Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. This Internship Will Allow You to Develop the Following Skills: AI Interaction: Gaining hands-on experience in using cutting-edge AI tools like Google Gemini for complex data analysis and insight generation. Data Platform Expertise: Mastering the use of Palantir Skywise to handle, analyze, and visualize large-scale operational data. Strategic & Business Analysis: Developing the ability to translate technical findings from AI and data analysis into strategic business recommendations. Your Boarding Pass: You are preparing for a diploma at the Bac+5 level (or equivalent) in a field like Data Science, Computer Science with a focus on Digital Transformation, or a related field.
