Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Ressources Humaines - Onboarding & Mobilité Interne (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département «Talent Acquisition Strategy & Performance» en charge notamment de la stratégie d’onboarding et de mobilité interne au niveau du groupe et à l’international. Votre stage consistera à supporter le développement de la stratégie d’onboarding et de mobilité interne en gardant toujours à l’esprit d’offrir la meilleure expérience employée possible. Vous pourrez ainsi travailler sur l’amélioration de processus et participer à des initiatives de projets. Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en avril 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). Vos principales missions consisteront à : Supporter le développement de la stratégie d’onboarding et de mobilité interne Améliorer la communication digitale de notre intranet Participer à la coordination du réseau onboarding et ses activités connexes Supporter les évènements digitaux de mobilité interne Effectuer des activités de reporting Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: Internal communication Event management Analytical skills and reporting analysis Intercultural approach Transnational mindset Your Boarding Pass: You are a highly motivated HR student preparing a diploma level Bac+4 or Bac+5 in Human Resources (or equivalent).
