Your mission Pierre Fabre Benelux vous propose une expérience en tant que stagiaire généraliste dans son département des ressources humaines, avec des missions à 360° qui seront un atout dans votre avenir professionnel. Notre équipe jeune et dynamique vous accueillera fin du mois de juin 202, pour une période allant de 6 mois. Participer aux projets HR courants et nouveaux. Accompagner les managers dans le processus de recrutement (posting, screening de CV et screening téléphonique, interview et suivi avec les candidats). Accompagnement dans les tâches quotidiennes du département (communications RH, relations avec les collaborateurs, compensation and benefits, formations, …) Who you are ? Vous êtes étudiant en master dans le domaine de la psychologie du travail ou de la gestion des ressources humaines. Vous parlez couramment le français, l’anglais et le néerlandais sont un atout. Vous êtes rigoureux et vous avez la culture du résultat. Vous êtes flexible et autonome mais capable de travailler en équipe. Vous êtes passionné(e) par votre travail, curieux(se) et vous avez envie d’en apprendre plus sur les Ressources Humaines en entreprise.
