Havas Milan SRL, agenzia del gruppo HAVAS, ricerca per ampliamento dell’organico un/a Account Assistant La risorsa, collaborando a stretto contatto con i manager supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività: Attività di prospecting: mappatura opportunità per servizi dedicati ad aziende in diverse industry Studio del profilo delle aziende, scrittura di mail di ingaggio con spunti pertinenti all’azienda Stesura di presentazioni di credenziali dedicate con stesura di spunti per progetti emersi da brainstorming interni Supporto nella stesura dei progetti e nella amplificazione da brief Supporto nella implementazione dei progetti day by day al momento della acquisizione. Requisiti: Percorso di studi umanistici, in comunicazione o affini Inglese fluente Capacità di stesura di documenti accattivanti in PowerPoint Capacità di diversi registri di scrittura per le diverse attività Completano il profilo ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro di squadra. Sede di lavoro: Milano. Possibilità di giorni di smart working compatibilmente con le esigenze di team. Orario di lavoro: Full-time Si offre inserimento in stage di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga su ulteriori 6 mesi. Previsto rimborso + buoni pasto, di seguito i dettagli: 6 mesi 500€ + 140€ buoni pasto 6 mesi 800€ + 140€ buoni pasto I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa e raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage. Responsibilities

The Account Assistant will support the team in prospecting activities, including mapping opportunities and drafting engaging emails. They will also assist in project implementation and daily operations following project acquisition.
