RESUME DU POSTE Le stagiaire « Assistant administratif commercial » a pour missions principales de : * Support opérationnel : Aider les commerciaux dans la saisie et l’utilisation des outils Marriott (SFA, Opera…). * Mettre à jour le reporting commercial ( Lead Log, Sales pace ….) * Qualification des demandes : Participer à l’analyse des besoins clients et anticiper leurs attentes pour optimiser les réponses commerciales. * Exemplarité et rigueur : Soutenir le Responsable Commercial Groupes en garantissant un travail professionnel et constant au sein de l’équipe. * Appui aux projets : Collaborer avec la Direction Commerciale sur divers projets stratégiques. * Application de la stratégie tarifaire : Mettre en oeuvre les orientations définies par l’équipe Revenue Management. * Organisation des visites clients : Préparer et réaliser les visites de l’hôtel (« site inspections ») avec créativité et professionnalisme. * Créativité commerciale : Faire preuve de persévérance et d’initiative pour favoriser la conclusion des ventes. * Respect des procédures : Appliquer les protocoles liés aux ventes et au traitement des demandes. * Mettre à jour les bases de données clients et les outils CRM. * Préparer les documents commerciaux (devis, contrats, fiches techniques). * Assurer le classement et l’archivage des dossiers clients et des documents internes. * Participer à la rédaction de comptes rendus de réunions et de bilans d’activité. * Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale et contribuer à leur analyse. * Gérer les plannings de rendez-vous et les agendas partagés de l’équipe commerciale.
