Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, vous assistez l’équipe Supply Chain Joaillerie de la division WFJ Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe Opérations Horlogerie Joaillerie Division, vous assistez l’équipe Demand Planning en charge des sujets de dimensionnement de nos hypothèses de ventes et de nos lancements Joaillerie au sein de la Division W&FJ. A ce titre, votre mission s’articule autour des activités suivantes : Demand planning - définition du potentiel de vente des produits Implication dans la construction des hypothèses de ventes, en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Data Science & Supply Chain Participation au processus de prévision collaboratif avec les Régions : analyse des écarts entre prévisions centrales et régionales Assortment planning - définition de la stratégie d’assortiment produit Implication dans l’élaboration de guidelines d’assortiments pour nos points de vente Participation au processus collaboratif autour des assortiments avec nos homologues en Régions Animation de la communauté Supply Chain Aide à la création de supports et à l’animation des réunions mensuelles et trimestrielles avec les Régions: suivi opérationnel de performance de l’activité, communication autour du projet et aide pour la conduite du changement lors de la phase de déploiement de l’outil et des processus cibles En parallèle, vous pourrez être amené à : Participer à l’amélioration continue du Machine Learning en construisant les analyses en collaboration avec l’équipe data science Participer à l'optimisation / aux tests des systèmes Supply Chain & Business intelligence en collaboration avec les key users Participer à l’amélioration continue des process Supply Chain en synergie avec l’équipe Supply Chain Horlogerie. Profil : Etudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac + 5), vous avez des connaissances et appétences en Supply Chain, une première expérience en entreprise où vous avez pu mettre en avant votre maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel et VBA, Power BI, ERP) est un vrai plus. Vous présentez un goût pour la résolution de problème et possédez de fortes capacités analytiques. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre persévérance, votre autonomie et votre bon relationnel. Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais. Responsibilities

The intern will assist the Jewelry Supply Chain team with demand planning activities, focusing on sizing sales assumptions and managing jewelry launches within the W&FJ Division. Key tasks include contributing to sales potential definition, participating in collaborative forecasting with regions, and defining product assortment strategy guidelines.
