A propos du poste : Intégrez notre équipe E-services pour la région Europe, où vous assisterez le Project Manager dans la gestion opérationnelle et le pilotage de projets digitaux. Vous serez particulièrement impliqué(e) dans le déploiement d'un outil de prise de rendez-vous en ligne et de gestion des files d’attente en boutique, un projet clé visant à améliorer l'expérience client. Stage basé à Paris (8ème arrondissement) à pourvoir en août 2026. Missions principales : En tant qu’Assistant Product Owner IT, vos missions incluront : Création, modification et automatisation de templates d'email dans l'outil Brevo, afin de garantir une communication client cohérente et personnalisée. Aide à la résolution de bugs sur l'outil de prise de rendez-vous, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les équipes métier Assistance technique auprès des équipes du business digital, pour le traitement de diverses demandes liées à l’outil. Support au Product Owner dans la réalisation de compte-rendus, de post-mortems, et d’analyses détaillées sur les performances des produits. Profil recherché : Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur, d’informatique, commerce ou de communication, avec un niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5. Passionné(e) d’informatique, vous avez une forte culture web et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre organisation, et votre esprit d’équipe. Votre niveau d’anglais est très bon. Des bases en HTML/CSS/JS sont un plus. Votre autonomie et votre capacité à vous adapter rapidement à un environnement exigeant seront des atouts pour ce stage. Vous intégrerez l'équipe à compter de Janvier 2026. Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in operational management and the steering of digital projects, particularly in deploying an online appointment tool. Support the Product Owner with reports, post-mortems, and performance analyses.
