DISCOVER your opportunity Description of the Department The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters. While supporting the Client Service team Alts on its day-to-day tasks and projects, you will: • Be fully integrated in the team and have the opportunity to work together with other departments in an international working environment • Understand the business environment, the organization, and the product offering of a global leader in Alternative asset management • Be involved in impactful projects Your missions: Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular : - Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc… - Assist in the completion of periodic client due diligence questionnaires (related to ESG, funds, strategy, etc…) - Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients - Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operational efficiency, reduce operational risk...) SHARE your unique expertise Profile: Education/Qualifications • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Economics, Management or Marketing. Experience • A strong organiser and co-ordinator, rigorous, with attention to details and ability to prioritize • A focused, reliable and committed team player • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain a positive attitude in, sometimes, pressured and challenging situations • Persevering personality and sense of ownership • Client centric view Knowledge and skills • Office pack expert mandatory • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and French
