Le Stagiaire Coordinateur Projet de Direction assure et organise le suivi des projets de Direction transversaux. Missions principales : * Initie et suit les projets touchant à la vie de l’hôtel (Evènement, lancement de divers projets, suivi RSE) * Assure la prise d’information, le bon suivi et la communication de nos KPI. * Centralise et coordonne des informations Activités types : Administratif * Organise et fait le suivi des différents « petit » et « grand » projets avec les personnes concernées. * Etablit un calendrier d’actions et procède aux relances * Rédige certains e-mails et/ou lettres en interne * Rédige certaines communications écrites et visuelles. * Est le principal contact de certains prestataires Activités complémentaires : * Participe aux réunions d’exploitation * Peut être amené à travailler avec les différents services en fonction des besoins * S’occuppe de certaines communications vers l’extérieur * S’assure du suivi du respect des procédures interne At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. Responsibilities

The Project Management Coordinator ensures and organizes the follow-up of cross-departmental management projects, initiating and tracking initiatives related to hotel life such as events, project launches, and CSR monitoring. Key activities include organizing and tracking various projects, establishing action calendars, managing follow-ups, drafting internal communications, and serving as a primary contact for certain service providers.
