About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Event Manager to support our Field Marketing activity in France. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in event marketing within a fast-paced, B2B tech environment. You will play a key role in helping plan and execute marketing events and campaigns that boost our brand presence and support our sales pipeline in the French market. Key responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Assist in the coordination of both online and offline events (webinars, tradeshows, roundtables, VIP events etc...) to support pipeline acceleration Support logistics, vendor management, registration tracking, and pre & post-event reporting Help create event materials such as invites, presentations and follow-up emails Ensure events are aligned with broader field marketing and go-to-market strategies Campaign Support Contribute to co-marketing initiatives with partners and external stakeholders Help research new event opportunities and maintain an events calendar Assist with coordinating internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing) for event-related needs Content & Communication Collaborate on the promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, and internal channels Support the sharing of event content post-event (e.g. recordings, highlights…) Participate in the drafting and review of marketing content (event invites, speaker briefs, etc.) Lead the distribution of the monthly newsletters to keep potential customers engaged. Analytics & Reporting Help track event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and impact on lead generation Contribute to event recaps and performance reports Keep track of competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Who you are Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/+5 marketing, communications, event management, or business-related program. A first experience in event marketing is a strong plus Passionate about event planning, marketing, and bringing people together Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Canva, Livestorm, HubSpot) Fluent in French. Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why join us?
