Nous recherchons des stagiaires de janvier à juin 2027 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Corporate – Marchés de capitaux, réglementation financière et bancaire. L’EQUIPE L’équipe Marchés de capitaux, réglementation financière et bancaire de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associé, 1 counsel et 2 collaborateurs. Elle intervient principalement dans les domaines de la réglementation financière et boursière et dans les opérations de marchés de capitaux (equity, equity-linked, debt), ainsi que dans les services d’investissement et activités bancaires (structuration et création de prestataires de services d'investissement, établissements de crédit et entreprises d'investissement, placement et distribution d'instruments financiers français et étrangers, structures de gestion, d'administration et de distribution de fonds d'investissement). LE STAGE PROPOSE Missions Dans le cadre du stage proposé, les stagiaires pourra notamment être amenés à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger des contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des réunions de négociation et, de façon plus générale, assister l’équipe dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs dossiers. Profil Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2 spécialisé en droit des affaires, un master 2 en droit bancaire et financier serait très apprécié. Les stagiaires devra disposer de solides connaissances en règlementation boursière et financière, marchés de capitaux, droit bancaire, complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne).
