L'assistant de souscription est chargé de fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes de souscriptions et sinistre L&H. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de souscription et sinistre pour garantir un traitement efficace des demandes, des polices et des réclamations.   Responsabilités:   Préparation des dossiers: assister les souscripteurs dans l'évaluation des demandes de souscription, en vérifiant les informations fournies par les clients, en mettant à jour les données dans les systèmes informatiques et en préparant la documentation nécessaire. Gestion des polices d'assurance: préparer les document contractuels (polices, avenants, attestations) et maintenir les bases de données en mettant à jour les informations relatives aux clients et aux conditions de couverture et éléments comptables. Communication avec les clients et courtiers (éventuel): Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients par téléphone, par courrier électronique ou en personne, en fournissant un service clientèle de qualité.   Compétences requises:   Connaissances en assurance: Compréhension des principes fondamentaux de l'assurance et de ses produits. Compétences en communication: Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement avec les clients et les collègues. Organisation: Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les délais. Maîtrise des outils informatiques: Utilisation compétente des logiciels de gestion de base de données, des tableurs et des systèmes de messagerie électronique. Attention aux détails: Capacité à travailler avec précision et à repérer les erreurs dans la documentation. Esprit d'équipe: Aptitude à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à collaborer avec différents services. Maitrise de l'anglais (optionnel)     English version   The underwriting assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the L&H underwriting and claims teams. This role works closely with both underwriting and claims teams to ensure efficient processing of applications, policies, and claims.   Responsibilities:   File Preparation: Assist underwriters in evaluating underwriting applications by verifying information provided by clients, updating data in computer systems, and preparing necessary documentation. Policy Administration: Prepare contractual documents (policies, endorsements, certificates) and maintain databases by updating client information, coverage conditions, and accounting elements.  Communication with Clients and Brokers (if applicable): Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person, providing high-quality customer service.    Required Skills:    Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of the fundamental principles of insurance and its products.  Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.  Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.  Computer Skills: Proficient use of database management software, spreadsheets, and email systems.  Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and identify errors in documentation.  Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.  Proficiency in English.   We provide feedback to all candidates via email.
