Havas Milan Srl è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire nel team dedicato alla realizzazione di esecutivi e impianti stampa come STAGE Prepress Graphic Operator. La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un gruppo di lavoro già consolidato, collaborando con colleghi e interfacce di agenzia per garantire la corretta preparazione dei materiali destinati alla stampa. Attività principali: Realizzazione di esecutivi e impianti stampa; Gestione dei flussi di prestampa e dei sistemi di controllo/generazione file (es. Twist); Collaborazione con il team per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna; Supporto nella risoluzione di problematiche tecniche legate alla produzione. Requisiti: Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Familiarità con apparati e processi delle diverse tipologie di stampa; Studi in ambito grafico e/o esperienza pregressa in prestampa presso fotolito o stampatori; Conoscenza dell’ambiente grafico e tecnico della comunicazione digitale (considerata un plus). Completano il profilo: Sensibilità verso l’approccio grafico e attenzione ai dettagli. Problem solving e capacità di proporre soluzioni. Attitudine al lavoro in team e al dialogo costruttivo. Proattività, empatia e rispetto delle gerarchie interne. Forte motivazione e volontà di apprendere. Sede di lavoro: Milano. Possibilità di giorni di smart working compatibilmente con le esigenze di team (2 giorni a settimana). Orario di lavoro: Full-time Si offre inserimento in stage di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga su ulteriori 6 mesi. Previsto rimborso + buoni pasto, di seguito i dettagli: 6 mesi 500€ lordi + 140€ buoni pasto 6 mesi 800€ lordi + 140€ buoni pasto I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa e raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage.
