Duration : 3 to 6 months  Main Responsabilities :  Sales & Service :  • Be the client’s first impression of Hermès image & convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times  • Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store  • Provide excellent customer service adapted the culture & personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image  • Develop sales across all product universes, always keeping in mind the quality of products & the excellence of service that Hermès wishes to give to its clients  • Identify & handle client enquiries and concerns    Participate in the life of the store :  • Communicate your enthusiasm to those around you  • Demonstrate versatility : product knowledge and participation in sales-related tasks  • Be supportive of peers    Profile :   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  • Strong team spirit  • Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and outstanding organizational skills  • Spirit of curiosity, broad interest/knowledge in topics of general culture  • Ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy  • Presents perfectly (grooming)  • Fluent in English.
