UGL is an employer with a difference, jump on board and experience our incredible journey The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project will double the number of rail tracks and upgrade stations for a section of the Gold Coast Line from Kuraby, a suburb approximately 16km south of Brisbane’s CBD, to Beenleigh, a suburb of Logan City. About the role · Coordinate the development of strategic integrated delivery · plans for nominated Configuration Change Stages – including Greenfield and Brownfield activities · Provide direction on scope critically and have accountability for · identifying ‘best for project’ solutions to allow PLT to make · critical decisions · Assess all proposed changes that impact staging and determine risk/benefit trade-offs with respect to delivery of configuration change stages and ensure Change Control is effectively managed · Align readiness reporting and hour by hour programs with · possession planning and RCCP needs to ensure PLT kept · informed on all aspects of readiness for each Configuration · Change Stage · Lead integrated planning forums for nominated Configuration Change Stage · Assist the project broadly with readiness for non-config change SCAS’, le ‘pitching in’ to help and provide guidance to any teams which may assistance with SCAS readiness items. About you · Tertiary degree in engineering or related discipline · Extensive brownfield rail infrastructure staging, planning and delivery experience · Strong schedule literacy (Gantt charts and time chainage) · Demonstrated multi-disciplinary integration capability · High-level facilitation and decision-making skills · Familiarity with QR access processes and SCAS/Tminus framework (highly desirable) Must have an Australian Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
