RESUME DU POSTE Le stagiaire Attaché Commercial Externe F/H contribue activement au développement commercial de l’hôtel en soutenant les actions de prospection, de suivi client et de mise en valeur de l’établissement. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES Le stagiaire « Attaché Commercial Externe F/H » a pour missions principales de : * Accompagnement et organisation des visites clients : préparation des supports (formats, documents) et réalisation des visites de l’hôtel (« site inspections ») avec créativité et professionnalisme. * Développement commercial : identification de nouvelles opportunités (entreprises, agences, marchés internationaux). * Gestion CRM : mise à jour, enrichissement et suivi de la base de données. * Événementiel : participation à la préparation et à l’organisation d’événements internes et externes (blitz, sales calls, soirées clients). * Reporting : contribution au reporting mensuel et au suivi des indicateurs commerciaux. * Projets transverses : collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale sur divers projets stratégiques. * Support administratif : appui ponctuel sur les tâches administratives du département. * Veille concurrentielle : participation à la veille du marché MICE et aux benchmarks concurrent. PROFIL DES COMPETENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES Étudiant(e) en école hôtelière, commerce, communication ou tourisme. Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable (lu, parlé, écrit) Analyse & outils : Maîtrise des outils CRM, suivi des indicateurs, reporting et veille concurrentielle structurée. * Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service * Proactivité, autonomie, sens de l’initiative * Forte créativité * Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément * Discrétion et éthique professionnelle irréprochable Ce descriptif de poste est non exhaustif et peut être amené à évoluer dans le temps selon l’organisation et les besoins de la Société.
