We are looking for a law student or intern for a period of 4 or 6 months (if it is a Barreau du Québec professional training internship) starting in January 2026. This position is part of the legal team in the Montreal regional center whose function is to provide legal advice and support to Rio Tinto and its business units, with respect to their commercial activities as well as operations and operations. The main business units and functions that the Legal Department serves are Aluminum, IOC (Iron), Iron and Titanium, Diamond Mines, Mining Exploration, Closure and Management of Legacy Sites, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Communities and Social Performance, and Health, Safety and Environment.
