Baking internship at a lively Montréal café. Hands-on pastry prep, kitchen and barista support.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate intern to support our kitchen team at Redwood from August to December 2025. You’ll help prepare our homemade pastries (cinnamon rolls, financiers, madeleines, cream puffs, etc.) and syrups. You’ll also contribute to keeping the kitchen clean and organized while following food safety standards. During peak hours, you’ll assist with food prep and support at the espresso bar. A great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baking and café service in a dynamic setting.
