DESCRIPTION

Nous recherchons un·e stagiaire passionné·e pour appuyer notre équipe de cuisine chez Café Redwood à partir du mois d’Août jusqu’au mois de Décembre 2025. Vous participerez à la préparation de nos pâtisseries maison (rouleaux à la cannelle, financiers, madeleines, choux à la crème, etc.) ainsi qu’à la confection de sirops maison. Vous contribuerez également à maintenir l’organisation et la propreté de la cuisine, tout en respectant les normes de salubrité alimentaire. Pendant les périodes de pointe, vous serez amené·e à aider à la préparation des aliments et au bar à espresso. Un excellent environnement pour apprendre les bases solides de la boulangerie et du travail en café.

We are looking for a passionate intern to support our kitchen team at Redwood from August to December 2025. You’ll help prepare our homemade pastries (cinnamon rolls, financiers, madeleines, cream puffs, etc.) and syrups. You’ll also contribute to keeping the kitchen clean and organized while following food safety standards. During peak hours, you’ll assist with food prep and support at the espresso bar. A great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baking and café service in a dynamic setting.
