Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

Under the supervision of the human resources team leader, the intern will participate in and contribute to the development of digital marketing, with the aim of boosting the group’s visibility and promoting its activities. Their role will consist of promoting the brand image, creating a stimulating and motivating work environment where employees can thrive and contribute fully to the organization’s success, and controlling the distribution of information on behalf of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the human resources team to identify the actions necessary to promote the DCM group, including employee engagement and experience;
  • Participate in the design, drafting, revision, and distribution of a wide variety of information, promotional, and advertising tools intended for external and internal audiences in order to achieve the objectives of the communication plan;
  • Create a distinctive employee experience by fostering a work environment where each individual can achieve their full potential, implementing initiatives that stimulate mobilization and engagement;
  • Develop a strong and inspiring culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and employee well-being;
  • Create, develop, and draft relevant communications (internal and external) for the group and distribute them on various platforms;
  • Design and implement a social media strategy, manage the group’s accounts, develop media platforms, and propose content;
  • Design various visuals, banners, and videos for the web and social media;
  • Implement the various activities of the company’s communication plan;
  • Work with the various departments and provide them with support for their communication needs;
  • Produce statistical reports and monitor performance indicators.
