Position Title: Staging Operative
Location: Lymington – Onsite

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Staging Operative supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and staging materials under close supervision. This role ensures safe and accurate handling of goods while maintaining quality, housekeeping, and compliance standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., PRISM).

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Forklift operation skills and certification.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock rotation procedures.
  • SAP experience/training.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions without exception.
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods.
  • Conduct internal transfers using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.
  • Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Perform visual checks on trucks/containers/tankers to prevent product damage.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all warehouse activities.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely; complete daily forklift inspections.
  • Report non-conforming products, equipment defects, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized in line with housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to support warehouse operations.
