We are committed to delivering exceptional service, and we’re looking for an experienced Stairlift Engineer Team Leader to join and lead our growing team.

• Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of stairlifts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with stairlifts.
• Ensure that all installations and repairs are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Train and develop junior engineers, providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
• Manage team schedules, allocate jobs, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Liaise with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including job sheets, timesheets, and service reports.
