As a Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting engagement and communication efforts with Participating Service Providers (PSPs) and other stakeholders. These responsibilities will also include providing support to initiatives and projects related to Stakeholder Affairs, coordinating meetings with PSPs (Participating Service Providers), providing excellent customer service to new and current PSPs to ensure positive first impressions and ongoing support, planning stakeholder consultations/webinars and analyzing post-survey results. There will also be collaborative work with the team to develop and deliver regular updates, e-bulletins, and communications, as well as managing administrative and tracking tasks to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow up on assigned actions.
