About the Role You’ll lead and support a variety of engagement activities from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Organising and attending community and stakeholder engagement events Liaising with landowners for property access, including door-knocking Preparing communications materials and managing public notifications Keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activities Maintaining stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g., EOI spreadsheets) Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced team, working closely with both internal teams and the client. Some travel will be required. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Hands-on experience in community engagement, ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) A valid Class C Driver’s Licence Willingness to travel as needed About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
