Job Title: Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Representative
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday 8-5 / Full time in office
Our client is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Representative to join their team. As a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Representative, you will be part of the External Relations department supporting major projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Understand effective stakeholder engagement tools to develop and implement initiatives for major projects.
• Act as the point of contact for key stakeholders, including community leaders along the pipeline.
• Represent the organization at events and build/maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Organize and deliver engagement activities such as meetings, open houses, and events.
• Develop and deliver materials to support engagement activities, including digital and print content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or public affairs.
• Strong understanding of community relations and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with event planning and stakeholder outreach.
