WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Customer Liaison Specialist you’ll be a key part of our team. You’ll be responsible for managing all external communications and relationships related to the installation and ongoing operation of monitoring equipment. Addressing the requirements of Section 82 of the Environment Act 2021.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our compliance and fostering positive relationships with all relevant parties. You’ll act as the primary point of contact and liaison for all external stakeholders. These include Regulatory Authorities, customers, landowners, community groups and environmental organisations and internal teams.
You’ll work closely with the relevant teams to ensure access is agreed to install and maintain monitoring equipment. Stay up to date with evolving legislation, guidance and best practice related to water quality monitoring and S82. Contribute to the positive public perception by demonstrating our commitment to environmental responsibility and transparency.
