This senior leadership position will play a pivotal role in enhancing stakeholder relationships and driving success across our diverse projects. The Stakeholder Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's ambitious goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of complex project environments. Your ability to forge partnerships and manage stakeholder expectation will be key to the realization of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the stakeholder engagement vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s mission and values. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, industry leaders, and partners. Stakeholder Engagement Plans: Develop and execute tailored engagement plans for different stakeholders to maximize project support and collaboration. Communication Management: Oversee the creation and dissemination of communication materials that clearly articulate project impacts and benefits to stakeholders. Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify potential conflicts within stakeholder engagements and implement effective solutions to resolve disputes. Performance Metrics: Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to track stakeholder satisfaction and engagement outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, marketing, legal, and other departments to ensure stakeholder perspectives are incorporated into project planning and execution. Mentoring and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stakeholder management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture & Planning preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or community engagement within large-scale projects. Strong understanding of the entertainment, cultural, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience developing and implementing successful stakeholder engagement strategies. Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in both English and Arabic is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
