The project: The stakeholder and communications manager shall be responsible for supporting the project develop and deliver stakeholder management and communications processes throughout the lifecycle of the project. The role holder shall also support the update and development of the CRM strategy designed to ensure efficient, coordinated and transparent communications with project stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for: Applying strong technical H&S knowledge across project portfolios. Maintaining quality systems and deliver end‑to‑end project plans. Supporting senior leaders with timely project deliverables. Managing stakeholder and communications requirements through procurement and delivery. Overseeing stakeholder engagement and reporting for governance levels. Managing budgets, risks and sustainable project outcomes. Managing teams collaboratively, driving best practice and achieving project KPIs. You’ll need to have: 5+ years’ stakeholder and communications experience on complex rail or infrastructure projects. Strong capability in CRM systems, best‑practice processes and technical project delivery. Excellent communication, relationship management and quality‑focused governance skills. Degree‑qualified with relevant professional development and strong sustainability and process‑improvement awareness.
