Parsons is seeking a talented Stakeholder Manager to join our team! In this role, you will identify, engage, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment, helping achieve project goals and mitigate risks.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or project management, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.
  • Experience in Abu Dhabi projects necessary.
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication ( English and Arabic )
  • Familiarity with project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to the project or industry
  • Proficiency user of Microsoft Office software and Auto-CAD
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management tools, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and communication platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze all stakeholders; maintain a stakeholder register to track engagement.
  • Develop tailored engagement and communication plans to align stakeholders with project goals.
  • Serve as the main contact, ensuring clear communication and strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Resolve concerns, mediate disputes, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Liaise with authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks; update the risk register.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and feedback.
  • Engage communities, address concerns, and promote a positive image through consultations and outreach.
  • Integrate stakeholder needs into project plans and guide teams on priorities and sensitivities.
  • Evaluate engagement strategies, adopt best practices, and share lessons learned.
