QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder relations, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or corporate sectors.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market and familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate operations and regulatory frameworks in Abu Dhabi.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Stakeholder Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with key partners, government entities, and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Communication Management:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about PSI’s projects, initiatives, and updates.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for stakeholders as required.
  • Compliance and Coordination:
  • Liaise with government entities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate timely approvals, permits, and documentation processes for ongoing projects.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Address and resolve stakeholder concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a mediator to align stakeholder expectations with organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align stakeholder engagement strategies with PSI’s business goals.
  • Support the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that enhance community relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement efforts, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of stakeholder contacts and communication records.
