Your Role In your daily job you will: Monitor and control stamping process stability to ensure consistent production quality and productivity. Conduct regular tooling inspections, maintenance, and repairs to maintain optimal performance and tool life. Troubleshoot and resolve in-line stamping defects and technical issues in collaboration with production and quality teams. Support new model and tooling trials, including process validation and parameter optimization. Analyze downtime and defect data to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation. Cooperate with the maintenance and engineering teams to implement process and tooling improvements. Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. 3+ years of experience in stamping process or tooling maintenance.
