We’re currently seeking a Stamping Production Operator to join our growing team and help us maintain the quality and reliability our customers expect. Requirements As a Stamping Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality metal components used in critical applications. You will: Operate and monitor stamping presses and related production equipment. Load and unload materials, ensuring parts meet dimensional and visual quality standards. Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain machine performance and part accuracy. Follow established procedures for setup, operation, and safety. Complete production records and communicate issues or downtime to your supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety practices. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery preferred. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams. Strong work ethic with reliability and teamwork as core values. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
