Calian is seeking a Standards Support Designer at the Junior level for our client Canadian Forces Logistics Training Centre in Borden, ON.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the conduct of training and education evaluation (both student and programme evaluation)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level

• Respond to instructions and guidance
• Coordinate activities with assigned Officer in Command (OIC) and Standards WO to ensure smooth operation and alignment with program objectives
• Provide standards-specific support to CFLTC Food Services Training cadre and courses
• Administer assessments for student assignments in accordance with provided rubrics, in line with Food Services courses and related Training Plans
• Conduct Standards briefings at the start of Food Services courses to provide clarity and expectations to trainees
• Provide written and/or verbal feedback following the completion of performance checks, addressing key shortcomings and offering corrective actions
• Mark individual performance checks and provide feedback within one day of submission, as per the course schedule
