Aufbau, Steuerung und Stabilisierung des operativen Geschäfts vor Ort Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Leistungs-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden Einführung und Optimierung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen Enge Abstimmung mit der internationalen Geschäftsleitung Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Anforderungen in Ungarn Aktives Eingreifen bei Abweichungen und Problemlösung im Tagesgeschäft Organisation und Abwicklung des Recruitingprozesses, von der Ausschreibung bis zum Onboarding Qualifikationen Technischer und/oder wirtschaftlicher Hintergrund (z. B. Responsibilities

The role involves establishing, stabilizing, and developing the operational business for a new or expanded site in Győr over a period of 3-5 years, taking full responsibility for local operations.
