What You Can Expect: Als Staplerfahrer übernimmst du das Ein- und Auslagern aus dem Hochregallager, das Be- und Entladen von Routenzügen, Kommissionierung sowie das Aufsetzen der Ladungsträger auf die Routenzüge. In deiner Aufgabe als Teamleiter (m/w/d) stellst du reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs sicher. Eigenständig führst du das Shopfloor-Management durch und unterstützt in der fachlichen sowie disziplinarischen Führung des Teams. Wenn es um Sicherheit, Qualitätsvorgaben sowie 5S-Standards geht, bist du ein Vorbild für dein Team und trägst Sorge für die Umsetzung sowie Einhaltung entsprechender Maßnahmen. Mit deinem ruhigen und sachlichen Auftreten sorgst du für eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre. What You Bring: Deine Grundlage ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik. Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Führungserfahrung mit und bist im Besitz eines Berechtigungsscheins zum Führen und Bedienen von Flurförderzeugen. Als durchsetzungsstarker, kommunikativer und vorausschauender Teamplayer behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick. Zusätzlich bringst du gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit Scannern sowie Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
