We operate in 34 states and the District of Columbia under the Albertsons banner, as well as Safeway, Acme, Jewel Osco, Shaw's and many more recognizable names.  Starbucks Department Manager –This is a union position, and bonus eligible. You must be willing to work at any location within the district.   Pay Transparency: The pay for this position is $19.625 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.  For internals in 464 whom are already making $19.625 will be eligible for a $0.625 premium per the CBA agreement. General Summary: Oversees implementation of Safeway's and Starbucks' merchandising programs. Responsible for pricing, displaying, ordering and inventory control within the Department.
